Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after your order confirmation email is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer free shipping within the United States only.
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive your order within 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@properdivision.com with your name and order number so we can assist you.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Nutra Simple is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or the shipping carrier directly. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will absolutely do our best to help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@properdivision.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We review damaged order claims on a case-by-case basis and will work toward an appropriate resolution.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
