Refund policy
At Nutra Simple, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@properdivision.com If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of supplement and personal care products, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product.
